Vintage wood framed abstract oil painting on canvas titled "Rise and Fall." Unsigned, but attributed to Jeanette Welty Chelf. Jeanette Welty Chelf was a Texas aritist (b. 1929-2021) who was very involved in the art community and together wit her husband operated the old 1898 store in Buda, Texas.
