Spectacular Large Stoneware Vase with blue lava glaze featuring white textural surface with cobalt medallions. Created by the German designer Ilse Stephan, for the Bavarian label Schlossberg Keramik. From the 'Capri' Series, model no. 297 50. Made in West Germany, circa 1960s.

Item condition: Small chips along the vase. Some blisters (manufacturing imperfections). There is one area out of the rim with one hairline crack outside and some small chips and inside in the same area there is also a few small hairline cracks and some small chips. One small chip on the base. Age weathered surfaces. Condition is appropriate for age and use. See photos for complete assessment.
