Each with a different cloisonné … Read more Elegant pair of high-quality classically Asian-styled Chinese hung rosewood and blue cloisonne top drum stools. Each with a different cloisonné top low foot's stools, pedestals or side/drinks tables. Hand-made in China around the 1940s? these superbly carved pieces each have a colorful circular inset Cloisonné enamel panel on the top - 2 opposing panels. They portray Chinese scholarly and auspicious items, floral arrangements in decorative blue and green vases (prunus/cherry blossoms), and urns. Set on elegant cabriole legs, with stylized fortuitous bats on each arch between the legs. The top of the table is made from beautifully matched rosewood.
