Vintage framed oil painting on canvas titled "Black and White on Red." Signed by the artist, Jeanette Welty Chelf, at back stretcher. Jeanette Welty Chelf was a Texas artist (b.1929-2021) who was very involved in the art community and together with her husband operated the old 1898 store in Buda, Texas.
