Both the animal and the rod with the socket at the top are mounted onto the square lucite base and the lamp is topped off with a custom oval shade and a faceted lucite finial. The body has a lot of texture and is very realistic looking. It has a line switch as well as a turn switch and is very appealing to look at. Can be great in a contemporary home as well as a mountain retreat or a lake cabin, works great with Hollywood Regency style and a myriad of decor styles.
The dimensions shown are for the square lucite base to the top of the finial.
The lamp alone measures 28" high to the socket.
