1950’s Original Industrial Nicolle Stacking Stools – Pair. One of our all time favourite products, exceptional in design with the minimal use of materials yet strong, well proportioned and so beautiful. Sourced from a laboratory in France these stools retain their original paint and protective feet caps. Paul-Henry Nicolle started life as metal presser and stamper and developed this famous stool (and also a wonderful stool with backrest) for use in his own factory before demand saw it sold throughout France. The seat is 30cm in diameter. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
