Blacksmiths worked overtime on making the extraordinarily heavy base for this attractive trapezoid side table. The iron framing is very thick and extremely well wrought. The top is solid oak. Maker is unknown. The piece seems to be from the 1980s or 1990s. With its materials and design and supreme quality of craftsmanship, this would be a great feature in an Arts & Crafts or Spanish or Mediterranean interior.
