Impressive size and weight on this beauty. Nice, clean, white throughout, no color imperfections or color crazing on the piece.

This set is comprised of the lid the tureen, ladle and underplate. All are in excellent vintage condition.

The bottom of the tureen is unglazed and stamped with the blue makers mark: Red Cliff Ironstone Fine China 5; which dates this piece to the 1960s.

This piece features the grape pattern which was influenced by traditional patterns of ironstone china from the 1800s and features an embossed border pattern of grapes with a leave and vine swag. Each piece has it's own intricate details.

The plate is a handled hexagon shape and measures 12.5" with handles included in the measurement.

The footed tureen measures approximately 12.5" high with the finial on the lid and 8 1/4" to the top of the bowl. 12" dia. from handle to handle and 8" dia. rim on the bowl.

The tureen, lid, plate and ladel weigh just under 11 pounds. It is a heavy an impressive piece. See less
