Antique Gaudy Welsh Hand Painted Teacup and Deep Saucer, used for saucering Tea or Coffee. Swansea Cottage Tulip Pattern. Scalloped Design. Three cobalt blue lobed pyramidal panels with copper gold lustre radiating from the edge. Interspersed are tiny green and rust-colored leaves on russet stems. Ragged-edged tulips in yellow are outlined in burnt orange
