Set of 6 Antique French Louis XVI Dining Chairs reflect a tailored, stately elegance yet retain a certain casual effect thanks to the design itself, and use of quarter-sawn oak for the frames. The rounded seat backs feature a stylized lyre motif on the splat, with beaded molding trim and a laurel garland as carved accents. Legs and apron below are suitably restrained, with tapered and fluted legs mated with an apron adorned only on the front with an inlaid border. Upholstery is worn and ready to be replaced with your coordinating fabric!
