The beautiful patina on … Read more This pod of dolphins, in mid-jump, sits prestigiously atop a quartz stone base by C. Jere. The beautiful patina on the dolphins and stone only comes with love, care, and age. This sculpture can be left as-is to keep its beautiful coloration or can be cleaned up with a little soap and water to remove some of the dust and slight discoloration to look brighter and cleaner.

On the base of the first dolphin is signed on the back leg "C. Jere 1970". Size: 9.5" tall from the base of the stone to the top of the horse. The base of the stone is 7" by 5". Condition is consistent with age as it resided in a well-cared-for home. The brass metal contains a lovely patina, with the dolphins having varying shades of the patina with lighter coloration on the ventral side (belly) of the dolphins.

This would be a fabulous addition to the modernist decor. This is a rare C. Jere piece with no known sculptures of the same style available on Chairish and/or the web. See less
