This elegant and comfortable Set of six Dining Armchairs was designed by the Austrian architect and designer Oswald Haerdtl and manufactured in the 1950s in Vienna. The sculpted Chairs are made of Walnut and brass and have red leather seats and give evidence of excellent craftsmanship. The matching Dining Table is available as well, pls send a request! Their provenance is directly from a Viennese Villa, Villa Pertl, which was designed by Haerdtl in 1957. So this outstanding Set is piece of Austrian Postwar Design History. lit.: A. Stiller: Oswald Haerdtl, Vienna 2000, WV 344. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
