We are offering this extremely finely painted miniature portrait. This watercolor portrait is of a very finely dressed woman in well adorned interior scene. The painting could be English or American, possibly New England. The sitter is seated in a room with flower decorated column and flower vase on table as well as with a small New England style town in the background.
Condition: Some fading to the painting, area of damage in the lower right.
