Under a sky furrowed by gangsta hats, numerous characters with bizarre headdresses roam. The couple in the foreground wears glasses that allow visions of important people from the past, while the man with a flying saucer hat behind them appears to be making a mockery. Hand-signed on the back. Perfect conditions. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
