MCM 1960s "Green Devide" abstract watercolor by Virginia artist Walter Thrift (1922 - 1969). This heavily saturated watercolor is collaged on gold mat board. Signed in image lower right, exhibition label verso. This is from the estate of Hampton Roads artist Norman Goodwin (1943-2019). Goodwin was Thrift's friend and inherited his estate when he died in 1969.
