American mahogany double-pedestal dining table with two additional 20" leaves. Purchased from Neal Auction Company, New Orleans, LA in 2009. The top was refinished in 2009.
Original brass castors on the two carved pedestals. With no leaves, the tabletop measures 84" in length, 48" wide, 29" high and comfortably seats 8. With one leaf inserted, the tabletop measures 104 " and comfortably seats 10. With both leaves inserted in the tabletop, it measures a full 124" in length and comfortably seats 12.
