Vintage pastel portrait of a woman with a theatrical look by Anne "Nancy" Reilly (1927 - 2018). Presented in exquisite caved gilt frame. From the estate of the artist. Circa late 20th/early 21st Century.
Reilly studied oil painting with local noted artist, Samuel Brown and established a successful career as a prominent painter, winning numerous prestigious awards in national art organizations including the Allied Artists of America, The National Arts Club of NY, The American Artists Professional League and the Artist Fellowship of NY. For her many accomplishments in fine art, she has been recognized by and listed in Who's Who in American Artists.
