They feature a gold leaf bamboo motif and the larger tray has Teak handles. Finding these together is as remarkable as the lovely condition that they are in as they were certainly the centerpiece of many a glamourous mid-century cocktail party. The decorative items of Ernest Sohn were done in limited production and very few survived the decades. These trays are perfect for holding precious items on a boudoir table or for serving up delicacies on a tablescape. However, they would just as beautiful and infinitely safer displayed on a wonderful wooden bookshelf or mantle.
