Ethereal Southwest desert landscape by Midwestern artist, Betty Johnston. The painting features a typical Santa Fe / New Mexico scene of the rolling foothills and peaks of the Sangro de Christo Mountains surrounding a traditional adobe structure and terracotta hued grounds. Painted in bold strokes, its vibrant and colorful nature will enliven any space. On stretched canvas and ready to pair with a frame of your choosing (not included). Signed by the artist lower right and believed to be from the 1970s. This piece is one of many we acquired from the artist's estate; all are being listed in our Chez Vous Antiques storefront on Chairish, check back often for new additions.
