They are in structurally sound and sturdy condition. Fabric is clean, with no stains or smells, except some scratches and a small cut on the inside back of 1 chair as shown in photo 12. There are some wear spots on the brass and the worst of these issues are shown in the photos, but we didn't have enough room to include them all.
