An English pearlware blue transferware shrimp dish depicting birds in a landscape.
Possibly made by Spode or Davenport.
Simply a great English shrimp dish!

Overall Condition:
The dish is in overall good, as-pictured used estate condition with an old chip to the handle. (This was likely done in factory, because it was fired with the glaze after the loss occured.)
Condition Details:
There is fritting to the edges here and there, some fine and tight crazing here and there, fine and light glaze and surface scratches and scuffing throughout, and other signs of expected light wear consistent with age.
Marks:
The interior has several kiln stand marks to the glaze. The base is marked with a blue underglaze dot. It was possibly made by Spode or Davenport.
