High … Read more Hanging light producer: kalmar franken kg, austria design: j.t. Kalmar age: 1950s original modernist hollywood regency glass hanging light. High quality 1950s fabrication by j. T. Kalmar in austria. The textured glass was manually folded and shaped into a large slightly organic tube. The large and heavy tube glass element covering the light socket for bulbs with e27 sockets. The light fixation is made of solid metal and brass where the glass element is screwed on. The light comes with its original metal hanging chain and canopy element. Due to the fantastic glass element, the lights creates a nice atmosphere of diffused light. The glass element is without damages, the metal hanging element has a nice patina. Measures: total height 82 cm glass shade height 35 cm diameter 15 cm condition: all original condition with patina in full working condition. Without any damage on the glass shade. New electrification. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
