Give the look of woven wonders and nomadic charm with this hand-knotted wool antique Caucasian Shirvan rug. The abrashed navy blue field features an all-over geometric lozenge lattice design decorated with stepped diamonds. Each corner spandrel displays a small rosette evoking a feminine design aesthetic. It is enclosed with a triple floral meander border flanked with an inner running water and crenelated fence guard band. Rendered in variegated shades of navy blue, brick red, oxblood red, tan, cerulean, maroon, sand, pink, and khaki with other accent colors. Distressed. Desirable Age Wear. Abrash. Hand-knotted wool.
