Coalport botanical tureens and covers with footed platters. The urn form bowls with neoclassical handles, the covers with berry finials. Each piece decorated with a different flower specimen within a stylized border of leaves enhanced by gilding. Both covers with pieces reattached, repair to handles and one handle with a small chip, one under plate with edge piece reattached. Despite the repair, these display well and are rare examples of early English ceramics made to a high standard. Look great on a mantel or sideboard. Tureens measure 7 1/2" across over handles, plates measure 7 1/8" diameter. See less
