Ca. Late 19th. The silver wrapped porcelain body is decorated with rich underglaze cobalt-blue Moorish design on a off-white body. This is wrapped in welded delicate silver sheet and silver wire. Sitting on 3 curved 'legs'. Topped with round slightly domed lid wrapped and welded silver filigree with tall tent-like finial/crown. All exhibiting an age-warmed patina.
