Fabulous 19th Century needlepoint and petit point wall tapestry from a painting by F. Hartwich which depicts Mary of Scotland mourning over the dying Douglas at the Battle of Landslide in 1568.
This tapestry is dated November 9th 1870. on the back.
Please note that the wood slat in the back has been removed for shipping as otherwise this will need to go white glove delivery and the shipping charges will be must more.
