Offered for sale is a Mexican Mid-Century Modern silverplated Peace Dove 3 part serving tray by Los Castillo. The dove holds a peace piece branch that has inset green stone leaves. The piece will work nicely for a catchall for keys as well as for serving nuts and candy. This dish or tray is fully marked "Los Castillo Taxco, Plateado and Hecho en Mexico" ( translating to plated and made in Mexico) on the edge as shown in the detail photos of the back. Also marked is "331". Los Castillo is a Mexican metalwork studio whose works have been prized by collectors for decades.
