This pair of Chloe marble card holders plays on ideas of minimalism, purity, and modernity, challenging the eclectic border between Functional Art and sculptural long-lasting design. Ideal for the office or living room, this set combines apparent simplicity with rigorous geometry.
The set is handcrafted in pure Athenian white Volakas and Veroia green marble in a small village in the north of Greece (Drama) famous for its marble quarries and pays homage to ancient Greek civilization, especially to the Acropolis and Parthenon. Natural Volakas marble and Veroia green marble are metamorphic rocks that morph from limestone under extreme heat and pressure deep within the earth. They also contain dolomite along with the limestone which gives them different colors and tones.
The traditions of marble carving and sculpture that goes back thousands of years to the famous Greek sculptors Phydias and Praxitelis are still alive today. The Chloe marble card holders are carved by hand and convey a feeling of modernity while representing the luxuriousness of the material formed by nature and enhanced by human interpretation. They feature a matte polish finish and are signed by the maker and designer. Since the designer does not like to paint the surface of the marble stone with transparent paints or resins, three coats of the highest possible level of protective sealant are applied instead. This will preserve both the pieces and the natural feel of the marble.
For maintenance, do not use cleaners containing abrasive cleansers, ammonia, bleach, acid, or homemade cleaners made from lemon, vinegar, and so on. Simply use water or a neutral detergent; this will be more than enough. Signed by Maker,Signed by Maker

Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).

Cancellations

- Chairish Express In-Home deliveries are currently only offered for international cross-border shipments.
- The item will be delivered to your home and placed in the desired room. The delivery service includes unpacking, inspecting, and removing packaging materials; and does not include installation or setting up the item.
- Shipping charges start at $999 and vary based on the size, weight, packaging, and/or the value of the item.
- Deliveries can take anywhere from 6 to 9 weeks to be delivered.
- Chairish Freight Delivery
- Delivered in a crate, to your front door.
- You will need tools and/or equipment to open the crate.

- Chairish Freight deliveries can take anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks.
