Kalmar, was manufactured between 1930 until 1960. This was a very popular model for kalmar and there exists many variations with subtle differences. The lamp is composed of patinated, polished brass, a wooden handle and a shade. The switch with brass housing is original. This variation was produced in the 1950s. The shade is new and is based upon the original shade that came with the lamp. Lit: e. Boltenstern, wiener möbel, die baubücher, vol. 16, stuttgart 1934, p.88- j.t. Kalmar. Leuchtenkatalog 52, bl3.
