Castel Sant'Angelo is an original etching artwork realized in 1970s by Giuseppe Malandrino. Hand-signed by the artist in pencil on the lower right corner. Numbered on the lower left in Roman numerals, from the edition of XXX prints. Good conditions. Image Dimensions: 22.5 x 30.5 cm The artwork represents a beautiful landscape of Rome from the Tiber river and on the right side the magnificence of Castel Sant'Angelo through soft and confident strokes. Historical aesthetic evidence of the eternal city of Rome. Giuseppe Malandrino (Modica, 1910 - Rome, 1979) was a portrait painter, landscape painter, all-around artist, who became interested, during his Roman stay in his youth, also in photography and cinema. After leaving his native village, he moved to Rome where he attended Giacomo Balla's studio and began a series of exhibitions that made him well-known throughout the world. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
