This old master's artwork offers us un unprecedented appearance of Eros, the son of the divinities Aphrodite and Ares: the small winged cupid who has just abandoned the arrows and the bow is portrayed in a more than mythological, intimate scene, in his mother's arms. Aphrodite in a beautiful natural cave that gives a glimpse of a breathtaking view of the sea, is indeed nursing the little God of Love. Demonstrating a full mastery of the oil technique, an evident color sensibility above all on the blue of the sky and of the sea and on the incarnates of the divinities, this artwork, in very good conditions (except for a slightly rippled pictorial surface) and including a beautiful golden painted wooden frame, could embellish your house and could be a really pleasure for your eyes! Orders where Free Local Pickup or Seller Managed Local Delivery were selected:
- Upon inspection, If you decide not to move forward with the purchase, you or your agent must refuse the item at the time of pickup/delivery from the seller
- Once you have taken possession of the item, all sales are final
- International, cross-border returns may require different processes depending on the countries between which the item is shipping to/from, and the buyer is responsible and duties (if applicable, on cross-border orders).

Cancellations

- Chairish Freight Delivery
