The artwork represents Le Nourrice - Groupe du Theatre antique da la Tragedie ''Medea'' d'Euripide Frederique Ruchaux dans ''Le Nourrice''. In excellent conditions: as good as new. Sheet dimension: 62.7 x 38 cm. Realized in 1951, as it is reported on the lower right margin, this is an original drawing representing a model and showing a very rapid line and a synthetic touch with all the dignity of an autonomous artwork. Flor David (1891-1958)): pseudonym of David Florence. Pastel painter. He was a pupil of Desirè Lucas. He exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Francais since 1923 and had honorable mention at Prix Leonie Dussueil in 1934. Repertoire en Benezit. Atelier Florence David. See less
