Good conditions, except for yellowing of the paper due to the time and some light foxings. This satirical print is plate n. Xxxv (as printed on the lower part of the artwork) from ''the album of the 500'' (album dei 500), tipografia de angelis, naples, 1872, and represents a satirical scene of italian politicians of the end of the xix century. The print represents the caricatures of important politicians of left-wing of the end of the xix century: cesare bertea, filippo florena, g.b. Bertini, vittore tasca and paolo la spada. On the back, there is the biography of the politicians. Signed on plate on the lower right: manganaro. Antonio manganaro (manfredonia, 1842 - naples, 1920). Painter and caricaturist, drawing professor. Early designer, at the age of fourteen he was sent to naples at the royal institute of art. The expenses were borne by two local patrons, baron cessa and diego badarò, who awarded him six ducats a month.
