Prends Vite is an original watercolored print realized in the first quarter of the 19th century by the French artist Philibert-Louis Debucourt (1755 – 1832). The artwork is the plate n. 24 from a suite of 52 plates entitled ''Modes et Manières du jour à Paris à la fin du 18e siècle et au commencement du 19e siècle'', printed by Bureau du Journal des Dames, Paris [1798-1808]. On the higher part is printed the number of plate: ''Modes &c. N° 24.'' Original title printed on the lower center, ''Prends Vite, /(Coiffure en cheveux)''. In excellent condition, with vivid colors and including an elegant cardboard Passepartout, cm 25 x 19. See less
