Very rare RAR rocking chair by designers Ray and Charles Eames.
- This rocking chair was manufactured in the early 1960s and belongs to the second version of the first series, meaning small shock mounts and a seat shell without the surrounding rope.
- The rocking chair is in its original condition; nothing has been added or renewed (shock mounts are original and hardened).
- All screws are original from the time of production.
- Chair frame is original from the time of production, with original galvanized surfaces.
- Frame runners are original beech from the time of production.
- The fiberglass has no damage or restoration points\. here, too, everything is in its original condition. - The shell has a beautifully visible structure.
A truly rare design classic, a piece of furniture where everything is as it left the factory in the 1960s, with no additions, restorations, or alterations.
