The symbiosis between the Ainu people and nature is timeless – a tradition that is celebrated with SoShiro's eponymous Ainu collection. This collection collaborated with the Kaizawa sculptural workshop where they have designed and carved a contemporary Ainu motif representing the eyes of the Blakiston Fish Owl, a symbol of protection for the Ainu people.
The Ainu linens are carefully hand embroidered using 100% silk thread for the motif. The hand-embroidered linen napkins are made with the softest linen and have playful pockets for a creative display of cutlery. These highly ornate and decorative napkins enrich any table setting.
