White holder - metal, ceramic, with gold accessories. 6 light elements, for 2 switches - 3 or 6 elements can be lit. Bulbs 6x40W E14. Cleaned, inspected, fully functional. Minor marks of use, slight patina. Made in Czechoslovakia.
