This vintage Middle Atlas rug is arranged as a stately grid of six framed medallion panels, three rows of two, each set against a ground of soft dusty rose. Every panel holds its own ornate rosette or floral cartouche, drawn in cream, sage-teal, and pale grey, with delicate inner detail that gives each one a slightly different character. Bands of small trefoil and leaf motifs run between the rows, while a wide border of floral sprays in teal and cream wraps the entire piece.
