A pair of bookends with an Art Deco design of stylized horse heads with flowing necks and manes.
The molded pair of gray metal bookends were given a copper patina. They artistically show movement with the heads and necks in a twisting motion. The backs are textured. They have old brown felts on the bases and a good weight.
There have no hallmarks or labels, but they were manufactured by Abbotware, based out of Los Angeles
MEASUREMENTS
5 in (12.7 cm) wide x 3 in (7.6 cm) deep x 6 in (15.2 cm) tall. Weighs 5 lbs 4.9 oz.
CONDITION
There are no breaks, cracks, dents or repairs. There is some wear to the patina from age and use. The felts show wear.
