This is a charming pair of vintage carved boxwood eagle figurines, each depicted perched upon a rocky, textured base. The birds are finely carved, with detailed feather textures, sharp beaks, and a proud, upright posture that conveys a sense of vigilance and strength.
The warm, honey-brown tone of the wood is brought out by the carving, highlighting the depth of the feather details and the rugged surface of the base. The flat undersides show the natural grain of the wood. These small, detailed pieces make a lovely decorative accent for a shelf, desk, or display cabinet.
