Original watercolor on paper. Hand-signed on the lower margin in pencil: P. Segogne. Fair conditions: some traces of foxing are present. Excellent artwork depicting several building facades in the countryside. The work has been realized with very lively and bright colors. On the back of the work there is the silhouette of a big mountain and, on the foreground, there are several buildings. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
