The artwork combines a warm, richly grained wood panel with intricately detailed sections of textured, faux-stone composition material in ivory, vanilla, and metallic gold. The contrasting surfaces create the appearance of decorative inlay, with raised textures and shimmering gold accents lending wonderful depth and dimension.

The elongated figures, simplified facial features, and geometric halos reflect the distinctive aesthetic of mid-century religious modernism. Particularly beautiful are the richly reflective gold details, which contrast with the smooth wood grain and matte, stone-like surfaces.

Presented in a substantial, bright gold-finished frame that wonderfully complements the artwork's warm palette and metallic accents.

An original work, signed by the artist in the lower right corner.
