Hand-signed and numbered, from a rare edition of 4 prints. The State of preservation is very good, except for very small diffused foxing. The artwork represents the scenery of Parisian houses and its style of architecture skillfully depicted by soft and precise strokes creating enchanting harmony masterly. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
