A large American Mid-Century Modern brutalist tree sculpture attributed to Curtis Jere and produced in the USA circa 1970s. This sculptural work features an organically formed trunk and an intricate arrangement of welded branches adorned with numerous individually crafted circular metal leaves. The layered foliage displays varying tones of copper and brass with a naturally aged patina, creating a striking interplay of texture, light, and movement. The tree rises from a cylindrical metal planter, giving the piece a distinctive architectural presence.
