Its substantial form is balanced by restrained incised lines around the upper body, adding a quiet decorative detail to the otherwise simple silhouette. The cement surface has developed a weathered, earthy appearance through outdoor exposure, with variations in tone and patina giving the piece its established character. Minor chips and areas of discoloration are part of that aged surface. The source describes the planter as vintage and rustic, without identifying a specific maker or exact date of manufacture.

Measuring just over 20 inches across, the urn can provide a focal point in a garden arrangement, sheltered terrace, or outdoor seating area with a suitably stable surface. Its neutral cement tones work naturally alongside greenery, brick, gravel, and other garden materials. The raised circular base and tapered profile give the container definition, while the broad opening allows its sculptural form to remain visible around a planting arrangement. It could also be displayed empty as a piece of vintage garden ornamentation, allowing the incised decoration and weathered finish to take the lead. The scale offers presence without requiring an expansive setting.

The planter is offered individually and measures 20.25 inches wide, 20.25 inches deep, and 25.5 inches high. The source reports good vintage condition. Normal age-related wear includes a weathered patina, minor surface chipping, and discoloration consistent with outdoor exposure. It is structurally sound, with no significant cracks or losses reported. See less
