Not signed. Gautier René Georges (1887-1969) was a French painter of military subjects. He exhibited in Paris at the Salon des Artistes Francais. He won many awards, including a silver medal in 1924, and a gold one in 1927. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
