This charming European sculpture features delicately modeled facial features, softly curled hair, outstretched wings, and raised arms, capturing the expressive movement and elegance characteristic of the Baroque period.

Hand-carved from wood with a richly aged polychrome and gilded finish, the sculpture displays warm gold tones beneath layers of deep reddish-brown patina. The beautifully weathered surface reveals traces of gilding, adding remarkable depth, texture, and old-world character.

The cherub stands upon a finely detailed, stepped pedestal with scalloped ornamentation and carved corner accents, creating an elegant architectural presentation.
