Vintage LaBarge Italian Rococo Revival Carved Giltwood Wall Mirror
Made in Italy c. 1960s.
Approximately 56" High x 35" Wide.
Impressive vintage Italian carved giltwood wall mirror made for LaBarge, Holland, Michigan, circa 1960s–1970s.
The richly ornamented Rococo Revival frame features an elaborate pierced foliate crest, sweeping C-scrolls, deeply carved acanthus leaves, and an ornate shaped lower border.
Its antiqued gold finish brings warmth and depth to the sculptural carving.
The original LaBarge manufacturer's label remains on the reverse, with handwritten number 1536. The wood frame is stamped “MADE IN ITALY.”
Excellent vintage condition. The aged gilt finish displays intentionally antiqued tonal variation consistent with its character. Please review photographs for details of appearance and condition.
