The maker and country of manufacture are unknown; it was sourced in France and is dated by style to the mid-to-late 20th century.

The bouquet is built around a central stem wrapped with a twisted-wire bow. A large heart-shaped leaf sits at its base, and slender stems carry flowers of several kinds: a large four-petal pink bloom, smaller pink and cream flowers with pinked edges, and white petals with a pale blue blush. Three scrolling arms end in petal-shaped cups holding white drip-style candle sleeves. The whole piece is finished in a sponge-mottled blue that gives the metal depth and texture. A matching scalloped ceiling canopy and blue chain complete the fixture.
