Crafted from solid walnut and topped with a circular glass surface, the table showcases Pearsall's signature approach to combining organic forms with innovative construction.

The centerpiece is a beautifully sculpted walnut base, with gracefully curved supports that intersect in a distinctive X-shape. The sweeping wooden elements create an intricate interplay of curves, angles, and open space, highlighting the craftsmanship involved in shaping solid walnut into such a fluid structure. Rich wood grain and a warm finish further accentuate the base's sculptural qualities, while the transparent glass top allows the intricate construction to remain fully visible from every angle.

Adrian Pearsall was one of the most influential figures in American mid-century furniture design, celebrated for his imaginative silhouettes and unconventional use of traditional materials. Through Craft Associates, the company he founded in 1952, Pearsall introduced furniture that challenged conventional forms and helped define the expressive character of American modernism. Model 2458-T48 exemplifies his distinctive design philosophy, offering a compelling combination of artistic craftsmanship, functional design, and enduring visual appeal.
